Nuovo minerale ceramico prodotto in lastre di gres porcellanato di 3000x1000 mm ottenute da materie prime
di elevato pregio e purezza (argille chiare, fondenti feldspatici e pigmenti ceramici ad alta resa cromatica).
Dopo macinazione ad umido, l’impasto viene colorato, essicato mediante atomizzazione, pressato per
compattazione su nastro con una forza di 15000 t e sottoposto a cottura prolungata alla temperatura di circa
1200 °C.

New ceramic mineral produced in 3000x1000 mm slabs of porcelain stoneware, obtained using raw materials
of high quality and purity (light clay, feldspar fluxes and ceramic pigments with a high chromatic
performance).
After wet milling, the body is coloured and spray dried, then pressed by compacting on a belt with a force of
15,000 tons and fired at a temperature of 1200°C.

Nouveau minéral céramique produit en dalles de grès cérame de 3000x1000 mm obtenues à l’aide de
matières premières de haute qualité et pureté (argiles claires, fondants feldspathiques et pigments céramiques
à haut rendu chromatique).
Après broyage humide, le mélange est coloré, séché par atomisation, pressé par compactage sur bande à une
force de 15 000 t et soumis à une cuisson prolongée à la température d’environ 1 200°C.

Neues keramisches Mineral, in Steinzeugplatten 3000x1000 mm produziert, erzeugt aus hochwertigen und
reinen Rohstoffen (heller Ton, Feldspat-Flussmittel und keramische Pigmente mit hoher chromatischer
Leistung).
Nach der Nassmahlung wird die Masse gefärbt, sprühgetrocknet, zur Kompaktierung mit einer Presskraft
von 15000 t auf Band gepresst und bei einer Temperatur von 1200°C einem verlängerten Brand unterzogen.

materias primas de alto valor y pureza (arcillas claras, fundentes de feldespato y pigmentos cerámicos de alto

Tras el molido en húmedo, el amasijo se colorea, se seca por medio de atomización, se prensa por
compactación sobre una cinta aplicando una fuerza de 15000 toneladas y se somete a una cocción
