Pursuant to Public Law 92–463,
notice is hereby given that the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration’s (SAMHSA)
Center for Substance Abuse Prevention
(CSAP) Drug Testing Advisory Board
(DTAB) will meet on February 5, 2015,
from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and
February 6, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. E.S.T. The DTAB will convene in
closed sessions on these two days.
On February 5, 2015, from 11:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., and February 6, 2015, from
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Board will
meet in closed session to discuss
confidential hair testing best practices
and data, as well as proposed revisions
to the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal
Workplace Drug Testing Programs.
Therefore, this meeting is closed to the
public as determined by the
Administrator, SAMHSA, in accordance
with 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4), 5 U.S.C.
552b(c)(9)(B), and 5 U.S.C. App. 2,
Section 10(d).

AGENCY:
U.S. Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) of the Department of
Homeland Security will be submitting
the following information collection
request to the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) for review and approval
in accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act: Trusted Traveler
Programs and U.S. APEC Business
Travel Card. This is a proposed
extension of an information collection
that was previously approved. CBP is
proposing that this information
collection be extended with no change
to the burden hours or to the
information collected. This document is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies.
