Regulates the use of recycled water (treated wastewater) by
having either a recycled water producer or an area
administrator interact/regulate with the users of recycled
water. The Order regulates the producers or administrators of
recycled water, this general order is not meant for the
individual user.
Regulates the discharges from small domestic wastewater
treatment and disposal systems. The discharge must be
under a monthly daily average of 100,000 gallons per day of
discharge. This Order supersedes WQO-97-10. Flows of
20,000 gallon per day must conduct a nitrogen effluent limit
evaluation, in which total nitrogen effluent limits may be
required.
