So, this research done with clarifying the most important factors and effective criteria on selecting strategy in industrial – productive company which called Gassuzan to earn attentionall result and more reliance with analysis and comparative view. In first step, for doing this research the important criteria of SWOT analysis recognize in industrial – productive company Gassuzan.In second step, the criteria and sub – criteria of selecting strategy with method of ANP, compare and determine the priorities between them. In result, select the best strategy for industrial – productive company Gazsoozan. Using of TOPSIS technique. With considering analysis result of ANP, can say the most important factor in selecting strategy is existence of skillful and specialist work power. then, the most important factor is existence of suitable financial capitals in company, because of, in this study, the select of a suitable strategy is relate to recognizing and classifying the quantitative and qualitative factors, so the usage of TOPSIS shows obviously, the Gazsoozan company for programming strategic should consider on their power points and consider environmental fears. Key words: strategy, SWOT, analysis of ANP network, few factor decision making, TOPSIS technie INTRODUCTION Strategic management is solving method of many issues in today organizations with considering complete minds, future viewing, comprehensive view and necessity's. Strategic management bases is on based of comprehensive amount which managers of competitors company, markets, prices, suppliers of primary products, distributers, governments, creditors, stockers and the customers who are in all of world and these factors are determiners of business successfully in today's world so one of important tools which organizations get benefit for earning successful in future will be strategic management [2]. One of big profits in strategic management is it causes to give employers a kind of authority. It is a method which by it, the employers being encouragement to participate the decision processes. They practice creativity, innovation, imagination and therefore increase their effectiveness [1]. The evaluating of SOWT matrix is of effective factors in progressing aims of organization. Provides power and weakness points in organization such as inside factors and the opportunities and fears such as out factors of organization help to determine strategy to get aims of organization in rival situations. And general view to this topic in different conditions can have important role in organization successful [3]. In this condition, multiple criteria decision making are facilitating with selecting a case based on few aim and criteria. In multiple criteria decision making, some criteria or aim are sometimes opposite. In this research, use of (MADM) method. One of primary models in MADM is AHP (analysis hierarchy process) with considering some unripe of AHP method such as not consider the relations between criteria and inside dependence in sub criteria. In this research use of analysis network process for determine assessment of characteristics. for selecting best strategy use of TOPSIS (technique for preference by similarity to ideal solution). Because of in this research selecting of a suitable strategy relate to recognizing and ranking of quantitative and qualitative factors. So consider the use of TOPSIS method. With this base, inside power points and environmental opportunities are of positive factor and inside weak points and environmental fears of negative factors. The best solution is a solution which has maximum distance of negative factors and minimum distance of positive factors. Needing to get best decision and usage of suitable strategies in every time is a need which any organization have it. How can use of ANP for determining criteria in SWOT method? How can use of TOPSIS method for determining strategies in SWOT analysis method? Research design: Select strategy This research done with compilation strategies aim in an organization by using of several criteria technique (MCDM) in SWOT analysis method. The research design in this research of usage aim and with base on quiddity and method is a descriptive – survey research. The research design in this research clarify with providing meaning model and then in eight step model. In this research, use of cases method with base on matrix operation. In distribute questionnaires for avoiding of ambiguity or understanding questions use of ANP model in physical method (presence method). For gathering research's inputs use of questionnaires. In this research, use of ANP model for designing questionnaires. For franchises, use of hour degree criteria. For evaluate questionnaires use of content and apparent method. Analysis method in inputs: For detection sub-criteria, use of Dolphi method. For detection relation and determining criteria in this research, use of ANP model. For selecting best solution, use of TOPSIS technique. For analyzing inputs use of expert choice and super decision. Deducting and findings of research: The numerial analysis in this research are: 1- Detection of selecting strategy criteria with Dolphi method. In first step, improve several criteria for analyzing SWOT and with distribute questionnaire between specialists, gather their ideas and beliefs. In result, the criteria which have the numbers much than 7 are select of final factors. In doing research, for speedup, in first step, done average method of person's numbers to every one of factors. Then the suitable financial capitalls in company (S2) has most priority. So the below factors selecting for primary factors. First step: detection of criteria and points. The kind of strategy (points) and main index (criteria) detects. So the matrix for points make with base on criteria. For getting benefit of strategies, use of seven degree spectrum with base on every criteria.The suitable numbers to each of strategies are with base on index. With considering graphic average of specialist ide is shown in table 14. Second step: providing the un-comparison matrix. In second step, the un-comparison matrix is done by inflation. So the TOPSIS software for uncomparison matrix is in below shape: Third step: provide un-comparison symphonic matrix In this step, the un-comparison matrix (N) should change to symphonic un-comparison matrix (V). The result of this accounting is brief in table 16. Four step: account negative and positive ideals. In this step; for every index, account a positive ideal (V+) and a negative ideal (V-). Fifth step: Account distance every point of positive and negative ideals. The outgoing software of TOPSIS for this transaction is shown in table 17. Sixth step: account ideal solution In this step, account the graphic near amount every point to ideal solution. So with considering account amount in table 18 can get result which best point is secondary solution. The next case is relation with Gas countries by web in comparison with other environmental opportunities. The possibility of relation and suitable coordinate of Gassuzan company with Miane Asia countries by sail offices is in second degree of importance view. In other hand, the result of this analysis shows that there isn't difference between environmental fears of importance view of specialist view. With base on research input, the most important factor in selecting strategy is the existence of specialist and skillful of work power. Then the existence of suitable financial capitals has much priority. The third factor in selecting strategy is allocating suitable budget for improving Gas network in 1404 view. Also the fourth factor in selecting strategy is un-coordinating between produce units in a point. For selecting best strategy, uses of TOPSIS method. Because in this research,selecting suitable strategy relate to recognizing and ranking of quantitive and qualitive factor, so use of TOPSIS method.
