Petit is electronic music and string instruments. Simple and straightforward message that
leaves no doubt as to the precise awareness of what is this "little" music work by the artist
Giuseppe D'Angelo, bassist and composer for Cinema Noir and Acting Out, now on his first
solo production in which pour again and rework influences suffered / wanted / tooked /
founded in many years of listening and compositions. Petit gives us four tracks of very well
builted music with care and attention to details, alluring, elegant, "stupidly" as simple as
better things are without titles to the individual tracks just to facilitate the free
interpretation, but mostly because he wants to protect the thoughts that led to their
composition. Petit is an intimate project. Stupide is a "dedicated" release.
Petit è musica elettronica e strumenti ad arco". Semplice e diretto messaggio che non
lascia alcun dubbio sulla precisa consapevolezza di quel che rappresenta questa "piccola"
fatica musicale dell'artista palermitano Giuseppe D'angelo, bassita e compositore per
Cinema Noir e Acting Out, alla sua prima produzione solista in cui si riversano e si
rielaborano le influenze subite / volute / cercate / trovate in molti anni di ascolti e
composizioni. Petit ci regala quattro brani di musica ottimamente costruita con attenzione
e cura dei dettagli, ammiccante, elegante, "stupidamente" semplice come le cose migliori e
sceglie di non dare un titolo alle singole tracce per favorirne la libera interpretazione, ma
sopratutto perchè si vuole proteggere i pensieri che hanno portato alla loro composizione.
Petit è un progetto intimo. Stupide è un disco dedicato.
