We have been producing O-Ring since the
foundation date, 1983. Year by year, we
proved, produced and sold millions of
pieces and today, DUCI S.r.l. is one of the
most important European realities
specialized in O-Ring and related moulded
parts production.
Our company has developed a great
experience thanks to the competence,
perseverance and initiative of its staff.
Moreover, service and ratio between high
quality and good price allowed us a
continuous growing, bringing to the
consolidation of a solid and modern
company always in the van.

Our structure is divided in 4 different sites.
Two production sites: one in Chiuduno
(BG) and one in Bolotana (NU) where the
complete processing is carried out .
One logistic centre: in Chiuduno taking
care of goods arrival from the sardinia
plant as well as the ones coming from the
Headquarter and splitting them between
what is sold from what has to be promoted
as free stock in our website.
And one Tool shop located next to the
logistic where we build up 15 tools per
week for the 2 production units.

Our production equipment are of high
automation level. Each department,
starting from tool construction up to the
finishing, is using high quality system, in
order to guarantee quality and traceability
as well as repeatability in the time,
reducing to the minimal level the
production times. With these running
production units, we are always in a
position to assure suppliers to our
customers.
In this unit we are using really modern and
update technologies for optical checking
and sorting of our goods. Between
Chiuduno and Sardinia plant we have 34
optical machines (some with special
sensors for coloured compound checking,
some others checking both sides of the
ORINGS and all of them counting and
automatically packing the pieces inside UV
resistant BAGS automatically hot closed.
Now-adays, the simple word “quality” is
used improperly and has lost its real
importance. Product quality, service
quality as well as quality in relationship are
considered the base to sell high quality
level product that can meet with customer
demand. Our focus is more and more
projected to customer satisfaction.
