Suggestions
• Attend all classes, even if in Italian, and don’t lag behind!
• Make questions and make friends (don’t be shy!)
• Have a clear idea on the exam modalities asap
(written, oral, lab proj., short dissertation, homeworks,…)
• If you have doubts, first check the course web page, then
ask to your colleagues and, if still needed, write to the
professor
• Register on Infostud and timely book every exam therein
• You can try the same exam several times, even if already
failed (but try not to fail!)

The library of the DIET was born from the fusion of the library of the Department
of Electronic Engineering (DIE) and the library of the INFOCOM Dept
The library of the DIE Dept exists since 1960. It has books and well recognized
scientific journals specialized in the field of electronics, microelectronics, solid
state electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors and electronic technologies,
electromagnetics, bioelectromagnetics, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic
compatibility, antennas, microwaves and electrical measurements.
The library of the INFOCOM Dept was funded in 1960 too. It has books and well
recognized scientific journals in the field of the electrical comunications,
telecomunication networks, signal theory, signal and image processing,
information theory, air traffic control instruments, radar and remote sensing
