INSTRUCTIONS
This food diary will allow you to discover the importance of various
food. You will learn how many times you have to eat each kind of food.
How to do? It's easy! Every time you have something to eat, put a cross
in the square corresponding to the food you have eaten . At the end of the
week , add up all the crosses, write the total for each food and then
compare your results with the ideal profile, reported in the last page. You
will know whether you are a good eater or you should correct your eating
habits .
To be like a lion during the day
have a big breakfast, don't run away!.
