Policoro in Swing is organized by the Cultural Association “Vintage Routes”. The
cost of registration for the Policoro in Swing activities also includes the
membership fee to Vintage Routes. Registration cost is defined as the share
borne of the member as a contribution to the costs directly attributable and
relative to the organization of the event/s (general and administrative costs, rents
and leases, costs of teachers, musicians and/or artists in general, charges and
direct expenses and all other expenses and charges directly attributable
(including any taxes and fees associated) related to the activities carried out in
favor of the member and in order to allow the member to participate in courses
related to institutional activities of 'association and in direct implementation of
association's purposes.
To register to Policoro in Swing it is necessary to:
- fill out the application for admission to membership in its entirety
- fill the form you can find in the “Prices and Registration” page.
Once you send the form, your registration will be elaborated by our office, but
your registration will be considered as valid only after you will receive an Email of
REGISTRATION CONFIRMED (subject to acceptance of the application for
membership to the association as a result of the admission as a member by the
Board member. In the REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION), in which you will also find
the info about payment method. Payment will have to be done within 5 calendar
days from the date of Registration Confirmed Email.
If no payment will be received, your registration will be considered as deleted.
In case of cancellation, we will hold the following penalties (only as a contribution
of costs already incurred and/or to be incurred in the implementation of
contracts concluded on the basis of received request for participating):
a) 10% until 20 calendar days before the beginning of the Festival.
b) 50% of the amount payed: from 19 to 8 calendar days before the beginning of
the Festival.
c) 100 % of the amount payed: from 7 calendar days before the beginning of the
Festival
In order to better balance the number of leaders and followers, once we received
your registration, we will pair you up with someone from the other role (a follower
if you are leader and viceversa, and obviously only just to balance the number of
leaders and followers.
As usual during the classes couples will rotate).
If we cannot find anyone to pair you up with, you might temporarily go on the
waiting list.
This is the reason why we suggest you to register in couple (with someone from
the other role and of equal level).
Even for the same reason , once your registration will be confirmed by the
organizers, you are not allowed to add another partner with which you would
have liked to register with, because at that time, we will have already balanced
your registration, and adding a partner could affect the balance of
leaders/followers of your level.
The schedule of the Festival should be modified without refund, in case of
changing in the teachers’ flights, or in case of their unexpected illness/injuries or
for all the other possible reasons not depending on our will.
In case of cancellation of your flights/train or in case of unexpected
illness/injuries or for any other reasons who can cause your resignation, no
refund is possible, if not within the terms of cancellation policy .
In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will be happy to help you in
trying to re-sell your ticket.
By filling out and submitting your registration to the Policoro in Swing and in
accordance with the Acts 10 and 320 of the civil code and Acts 96 and 97 law
22.4.1941, n. 633, the participants allow the Organizers to use any photographs and
films taken during the Festival,for promotional reasons.
We remind you that you have to change shoes before starting the class, and we
suggest you to use shoes with slippery sole.
The Organizers do not take responsibility for the participants’ accidents (including
injuries and health damages) and losses, thefts and possession’s damages
happened of any reason.

Policoro in Swing è organizzato dall’Associazione Culturale Vintage Routes. Il costo
d’iscrizione alle attività di Policoro in Swing comprende anche la quota associativa
a Vintage Routes. Per costo di iscrizione si intende la quota a carico dell’iscritto a
titolo di ristoro di tutte le spese direttamente imputabili e relative alla
organizzazione dell’evento/i (costi generali e amministrativi, affitti e locazioni,
costi insegnanti/musicisti e/o artisti in genere, oneri e spese diretti ed ogni altra
spesa e onere direttamente imputabile, comprese eventuali imposte e tasse
connesse), connesse alle attività svolte a favore dell’associato e affinché al
medesimo sia consentita la fruizione del/i corso/i rientranti nelle attività
istituzionali dell’associazione e in diretta attuazione degli scopi di questa.
Per iscriversi a Policoro in Swing è necessario:
- compilare la domanda di ammissione a socio in ogni sua parte;
- compilare il form che trovate alla pagina “Prices and Registration”.
Una volta inviato il form, la tua iscrizione verrà elaborata dalla nostra segreteria
ma la stessa sarà CONFERMATA solamente al ricevimento di una nostra e-mail di
CONFERMA ISCRIZIONE, subordinata all’accettazione della domanda di iscrizione
all’associazione a seguito della delibera di ammissione a socio da parte del CdA.
Nella CONFERMA DI ISCRIZIONE verranno indicate le modalità di pagamento, che
dovrà avvenire entro 5 giorni di calendario dalla data di ricevimento della nostra
e-mail. Se il pagamento non avverrà entro i termini specificati nella e-mail,
l’iscrizione decadrà.
In caso di annullamento, verranno trattenute le seguenti penali a solo titolo di
ristoro delle spese già sostenute e/o da sostenere in attuazione di contratti già
conclusi sulla base delle iscrizioni pervenute:
a) 10% sino a 20 giorni di calendario prima della data di inizio del Festival
b) 50% del totale pagato: da 19 a 8 giorni di calendario prima della data di inizio
del Festival
c) 100 % del totale pagato: da 7 giorni di calendario prima della data di inizio del
Festival
Per le iscrizioni ai workshops di Lindy Hop, di Balboa e di Blues, al fine di bilanciare
al meglio il numero di leaders e followers, vi consigliamo di iscrivervi in coppia.
E’ prevista una waiting list in caso di particolari squilibri tra leaders e followers
iscritti ai vari livelli.
Lo schedule del dance camp di Policoro in Swing potrebbe essere modificato
senza prevedere alcun rimborso, nel caso di imprevisti sui viaggi degli insegnanti
o in caso di malattia improvvisa/infortunio o per altre ragioni non dipendenti dalla
nostra volontà.
In caso di cancellazione del vostro viaggio o in caso di malattia improvvisa,
infortunio o di qualunque circostanza che possa causare la vostra assenza, non è
previsto alcun rimborso se non nei termini delle condizioni di annullamento. In ogni
caso però non esitate a contattarci e saremo felici di fare il possibile per aiutarvi
a provare a rivendere il vostro biglietto.
Inviandoci la vostra richiesta di iscrizione a Policoro in Swing 2016 e ai sensi degli
artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. e degli artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633, Legge sul diritto
d’autore, ci autorizzate alla pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle
proprie immagini sul sito internet, su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo
di diffusione ai fini pubblicitari di Policoro in Swing, nonché alla conservazione
delle foto stesse negli archivi informatici
Vi ricordiamo che per accedere alle aule in cui si svolgeranno le lezioni, è
obbligatorio portare delle scarpe di ricambio, vi consigliamo di scegliere delle
scarpe con una suola scivolosa.
Gli organizzatori non si riterranno responsabili per eventuali lesioni o infortuni da
voi causati o subiti durante il Festival, ne della perdita o del furto di oggetti
personali
