The Water Resources Division will hold a public hearing at the Green Oak Charter Township Hall, 10001 Silver Lake Road, Brighton, Michigan 48116. The applicant proposes to discharge pretreated storm water to wetland through a storm water forebay discharging into the south wetland, and a mechanical treatment chamber discharging into the north wetland. The wetland will be utilized for storm water storage with improvements designed to mimic the existing site conditions where possible, including an outlet control structure from the north wetland and an upland emergency outlet control structure from the south wetland. Approximately 0.026 acre of wetland will be impacted by the placement of an 18-inch diameter by 70-foot- long outlet pipe, installation of a 16inch diameter water main, and fill for a gravel pathway. A score of 70% is required to pass and receive a certificate of training.
