A few minor errors were identified in the December, 2013 promulgated criteria tables. The
corrections are presented below. The errors cannot be corrected until new criteria rules are
promulgated.

Please note: In the preparation of the MS Excel versions of the Part 201 cleanup criteria
tables, the software changed the default number of significant figures in some scientifically
formatted criteria from their respective format presented in the promulgated rules. For
example, a value of 1.2E+7 in the rules was reformatted to 1.20E+07 in the Excel version
posted to the Remediation and Redevelopment Division homepage. The software retained the
correct scientific formatting for those criteria followed by a footnote. Because this formatting
issue does not affect the numeric criteria requirement established in the rules and in an effort
to expedite delivery of the Excel versions of these tables being requested by interested parties,
this minor formatting issue has not been corrected in the Excel tables.
