then ResidencyStatusCode must be OutOfState or
International.
Removed - If StateProvinceCode is Michigan and
the submitting entity is a university, then
ResidencyStatusCode must be InState or
NotReported.
Removed - If StateProvinceCode is Michigan and
the submitting entity is a community college,
then ResidencyStatusCode must be InDistrict,
OutOfDistrict or NotReported.
Removed - Date of Birth cannot be prior to 90
years from the current date.

Changed - Date of Birth must be at least 14 years
prior to the current date.
Added - If the Academic ProgramCIPCode is
submitted, and the Session Designator is equal to
or greater than '2010-08', then the
ProgramCIPCode must be a valid 2010 NCES CIP
Code.
Added – If the AcademicAwardDate is equal to or
greater than '2010-08-31', then the
DegreeCIPCode must be a valid 2010 NCES CIP
Code.
Added - If duplicate Academic Sessions are
submitted (Session Name, Session Designator,
Session Type are all the same) within the same
Academic Record for the same student, you must
designate one and only one as primary.
Added - Duplicate course records (Course
Number, Course CIP Code, Course Title, Course
Subject Abbreviation, Credit Attempted) were
submitted within the same Academic Session for
the same student. Please check to be sure this is
accurate.
