Periyar Maniammai University
Vallam, Thanjavur
FOREWORD
Warm Greetings!
Periyar Maniammai University has established COADE to reach the
unreached.
Periyar, the Social revolutionary par excellence propagated the values of
education, especially the education for women in the rural areas of India.
We are striving towards achieving the goals of our mentor through distance
education. We are targeting the poor, downtrodden, under privileged and the
havenots.
Our mission will be fulfilled in toto if the stack holders of COADE understand
and adopt themselves to the requirements of this NOBLE MISSION. This small
hand book pertains to the norms that are to be adopted in making examination and
the evaluation system fool proof.
All the doubts of the examinees are satisfactorily cleared in the pages of this
book.
I am sure with your cooperation we will set standards as a world class
University in the years to come. Knowledge has its real value only if Testing and
Estimation are proper and appropriate.
I am sure that COADE will create records at all levels of its functioning, under
the illustrious and Dynamic Chancellor of our University Esteemed Dr. K. Veeramani
and the Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Dr. VKN. Kannappan.
