General Notes
All
For Arizona 2014 URS data, the main reason for the decreases/increases in data from 2013 is that our largest
populated Geographical Service Area (6-Maricopa County) went through a transition of Regional Behavioral
Health Authority (RBHA), from Magellan to Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care, which officially took place April
2014. At the time the data was pulled for the URS tables, we were still going working through some issues in our
data as a result of transitioning consumers from the old to the new RBHA.
9SC, 11, Surveys were not collected for the largest Geographical Service Areas in the state (GSA 6, Maricopa County)
11a, 19a/b due to the transition to a new Regional Behavioral Health Authority.
