Legacy Combustion Engineering Post Accident Monitoring Systems Nuclear Automation Background
Nuclear Automation Legacy Combustion Engineering Post Accident Monitoring Systems Background Description One of the primary issues regarding legacy Combustion Engineering (CE) Post Accident Monitoring Systems (PAMS) is maintainability. Westinghouse continuously strives to maintain a complete line of spare and replacement parts for these legacy PAMS. Legacy Multibus-I Based CE PAMS Components In this rapidly changing technological environment, component obsolescence is a constant concern. When possible, Westinghouse offers form, fit and function replacement components for many of the CE PAMS components that are threatened by part obsolescence. Westinghouse can provide extended-life support (repair or replacement) for the following legacy PAMS components: • Micro computer board - SBC 80/24 and SBC 80/24A • Math module - SBX 332 • I/O expansion card - SBC 116A • Analog input card - DT1748* • Analog input expansion module - DT1748-EX* • Analog input card - ST732 • Analog output card - ST724 • Communications card - iSBC 544 • Analog input filter board • Signal conditioning card - DT701 * Last time buy has been issued by the manufacturer for this component September 2011.
