Determine amount of each food item placed on food bar for each day (amounts placed on bar at beginning of meal service plus any additions to bar during meal service). 2. Determine amount of each food item left over on food bar at end of meal service. 3. Subtract amount left over from amount placed on food bar for each food item to determine amount of each food item used. TO COMPLETE FORM: 1. Follow directions at bottom of Salad/Food Bar Form. 2. Include total number of students who used Salad/Food Bar at the top of form for each day. 3.
