Embroidery Pricing Instructions
Maintenace Wear Clothing
The MDOC arm patch is included in the price on all jackets and vest. These patches
sewn on the left arm. If requesting no MDOC arm patch, please state this on the order.
There are no patches on the Bib Coveralls.
All other embroidery and patches are priced at $1.00 ea. and will be added to the cost
of the item. All embroidery is 1" in height, and thread color is white. The flag patch
is located on the right arm and the employee embroidered name is located on the right
chest as an MDOC standard. All other embroidery will be on the left chest.
(Example: MDOC, DRF, MSI, Power Plant, Maintenance, etc.)
