The drill was conducted in Bloomington, Illinois, on October 19, 20 10. Participants included staff from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, Bloomington Fire Department, and the Order of St. Francis St. Joseph Medical Center. No Deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action were identified during this drill. Please see the enclosed After Action Report/Improvement Plan for further details.
