A notice of availability (NOA) of the final EIS was published in the Federal Register on August 21, 2008 (73 FR 49496). The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the errata sheet for NUREG–1872, ‘‘Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for an Early Site Permit (ESP) at the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Site,’’ Volumes 1 and 2, is available for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike (First Floor) Rockville, Maryland 20852 or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC’s Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), and will also be placed directly on the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov.
