These commitments have been made in correspondence to the NRC submitted by Luminant during the licensing process and have been completed by the documents noted in the table. The table includes only those commitments that have been completed since the last report dated January 31, 2011 (ML110330044). Luminant will submit this type of status correspondence periodically. Luminant hereby notifies the NRC that Regulatory Commitments #7541 and #7801 have been completed by the closure documents listed in the attached table.
