It is not expected that you list all minor or typographical errors in this report, but these should be communicated to the candidate through the Convener of the examining committee. Please note that examiners’ reports are the basis for the award of the degree. Reports should give a clear indication of the scope of the thesis, the points at which it adds to current research, and note any particularly strong or weak points. Reports will not normally be less than a page in length, and will not be accepted unless they are type-written or word-processed in a clearly legible font, e.g. Times-Roman 12 point.
