THE SCHOLARSHIP – ESSAY QUESTIONS
Please write a short essay for each of the questions. Each essay should be 500 words.
(1) Please provide a narrative statement giving a picture of you as an individual and discuss how you might contribute to Emory
during your time there. You may include your personal history, educational and cultural experiences and the ways in which they have
affected and shaped you.
(2) Please explain your interest in the Bobby Jones Scholarship. Explain how you would expect to benefit from the opportunities the
scholarship provides and how it will equip you to accomplish your future goals.
