we cannot guarantee that you will receive an assignment to any of the courses listed. For course
and site codes, please refer to the following pages of this file.
Applications received by the close of business on Wednesday of a given week will go through the
course assignment process the following day. You will receive notification about your additional
session request via your MyCTY account and via email on Friday of that same week.

Tuition Payment Policies—Second Course Request
Students will be considered for a second Summer Program course once all balances on the account
have been paid or in a current status. Applications received without the required deposit will be
returned. The balance of tuition and fees for the second course must be paid in accordance with
the due date on the invoice, or registrations may be withdrawn.
