Revision 2 for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Units 3 and 4 Combined License (COL)
Application Part 2, Final Safety Analysis Report. The UTR reflects changes made in US-APWR Design
Control Document (DCD) Revision 2, reflects responses to NRC requests for additional information
regarding the DCD, corrects administrative errors, and provides some clarifications.
