The material does not provide a basis for issuing an amended “Been Met” finding. If you do not agree with the finding, and you desire further review of your claim, you must file a petition for hearing with the Board within 60 days from the date of the Final Notice.* If you have any questions, please contact the Board’s Exemptions Section at the telephone number listed above. *A petition for hearing must (1) be addressed to the Chief, Board Proceedings Division, (2) state all the specific grounds upon which qualification is claimed, (3) include all documents that you wish the Board to consider in deciding the petition, and (4) indicate whether an oral hearing is desired, and, if so, estimate the time necessary therefor. The petition must be signed by an authorized representative and mailed to: Chief, Board Proceedings Division, MIC:81, State Board of Equalization, PO Box 942879, Sacramento, CA 94279-0081, or deposited personally at the Board’s office at 450 N Street, Sacramento. If the 30th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the time limit is extended to the following business day.
