questions for DBHDS regarding the New Waivers.
Answers are expected by the end of the month.

ones have been answered.

h o s p i t a l s g i v i n g t he m 3 0 d a y s t o s u b m i t a n y o u t s t a n d i n g
invoices for services received within the past 12 months
but exceeding the 90 day period for invoicing via
contract. Contract allows for 90 days and hospitals are
not invoicing in a timely way. After this notice and 30
day grace period, claims outstanding 90's post discharge
will b e d e n i e d u n l e s s t h e r e a r e e x t r a o r d i n a r y
circumstances. This was approved by the RMG.

• J. Hartman: Crisis Response center opened 1/1/16 and
is doing a number of diversions. LOB's are being
presented to the BOS. The CSB has been allotted two
hours on 2/9/16.
• V. Nealy: The DMAS reviewer arrived the day after the
snow storm and is reviewing 198 charts. Fourteen
clients are at SVTC. Active discharge planning is being
requested.
