The Institute has hosted for centuries abandoned children. Also it served as a music conservatory. The young orphans were taken to the chant and the study of various musical instruments followed, which was led by famous masters such as Antonio Vivaldi. Cooperativa Sociale Novaurora Novaurora is proposed as a promoter of gender issues in order to support the rights and opportunities of women’s identity and the rights of children and adolescents. The cooperative shall implement a series of interventions aimed at creating social rehabilitation and employment opportunities for women who have had previous problems with substance abuse, thanks to specific treatment programs for rehabilitation
