Thank YOU Student Volunteers!
We’re used to having small children in our building, but on Tuesday, September 2, ITC was overrun with big
kids. High school student volunteers from St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School in Alexandria came to lend a
hand. In previous years the students have assisted with courtyard clean up and playroom cleaning and organization. This year, the students cleared out the Assistive Technology Loan Closet of all equipment, cleaned it
and reorganized storage of all the equipment. This partnership with ITC helps the students learn about community resources and earns the participants service hours required for graduation. And ITC appreciates the
support. It is certainly a Win-Win for both!
To request this information in an alternate format, call ITC-FFC, 703-246-7180, 703-538-5292 (TTY). Fairfax County is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in all county programs, services and activities and will provide reasonable accommodations upon request. To request special accommodations call ITC-FFC, 703-246-7180, 703-538-5292 (TTY). Please allow seven
working days in advance of the event in order to make the necessary arrangements.
