La lampada a raggi infrarossi HOTDOOR®.
A differenza della maggior parte delle lampade a infrarossi in commercio, Hotdoor® non è realizzata
semplicemente piegando una lamiera. Partendo dal concept, il designer ha lavorato sulle forme e
sull'impatto estetico del prodotto. Ne è nato un corpo lampada realizzato in alluminio pressofuso, ottenuto
realizzando stampi dedicati.
La parabola riflettente interna ha richiesto anch'essa uno stampo per la sagomatura, e la sua forma finale
unisce il massimo dell'efficienza energetica al design innovativo.
Per le forme di Hotdoor® e dei suoi componenti è stata depositata domanda di brevetto per modello
ornamentale.
Gli attacchi a parete, a soffitto e a stelo di Hotdoor® sono per gran parte realizzati in alluminio, o in altri
materiali trattati per resistere alla corrosione e agli agenti atmosferici.
Il bulbo a infrarossi utilizzato deriva dalla tecnologia Philips HeLeN, ora portata avanti dalla tedesca Dr. Fischer.
Il bulbo HeLeN rappresenta l'eccellenza qualitativa nel settore e garantisce massima durata della lampada,
senza alterazioni del colore, perfetta tenuta agli spruzzi d'acqua (protezione IPX5) in modo da poter utilizzare
l'apparecchio anche in ambienti esterni.
I cavi elettrici utilizzati sono in doppia guaina di silicone, resistenti alle alte temperature. Per le connessioni alla
rete elettrica (anche all'aperto) a cura dell'installatore sono già forniti nella confezioni gli opportuni raccordi
elettrici che assicurano la tenuta all'acqua con grado IPX5.

HOTDOOR® infrared lamp
Unlike most of the infrared lamps, Hotdoor® is not manufactured by bending a metal sheet. Our designers
worked above all at forms and attractive impact of the product.
The final result is a lamp in die-casting aluminum by dedicated molds.
The special bending of internal reflecting surface required a dedicated mold too, and its final form combines
design and maximum energy efficiency.
Hotdoor® and its components are protected by a design patent.
Wall and ceiling bearings and floor stems of Hotdoor® lamps are made of aluminum and other corrosion and
weathering resistant materials.
The infrared bulb is manufactured according to technology of Philips HeLeN, now developed by german
company Dr. Fischer.
HeLeN bulb is the top of the quality in infrared technology: it assures a very long lamp life without any color
alteration and a perfect impermeability against sprinkling of water (IPX5 protection) so that Hotdoor® lamp
can be used outdoors.
Electrical wires are protected by a double silicone sheath, high temperatures resistant.
The lamp is supplied with special electrical connections assuring impermeability against sprinkling of water also
for outdoors installations.
HOTDOOR® Infrarotstrahler
Im Unterschied zu anderen Infrarotstrahler wird Hotdoor® nicht durch Biegung eines Metallblechs hergestellt.
Unsere Designer arbeitete vor allem an Formen und attraktive Auswirkung des Produkts.
Das Ergebnis ist ein Strahler aus Pressgussaluminium durch dafür bestimmten Gesenke.
Die spezielle innere zurüchstrahlende Oberfläche erfordert auch einen speziell Gesenk, so dass das endgültige
Designform und höchste Energieeffizienz verbindet.
Hotdoor® und seine Komponenten werden durch ein internationales Design Patent geschützt.
Wand- und Deckhalter sowie die Grundstütze der Hotdoor® Strahler sind aus Aluminium und anderen
korrosionsbeständig und wetterfesten Materialien hergestellt.
Die Infrarotlampe ist nach HeLeN Technologie von Philips-Dr. Fischer hergestellte.
HeLeN Lampe ist das Beste der Qualität in der Infrarot-Technologie: sie garantiert eine sehr lange Lebensdauer
des Strahlers ohne Änderung Farbe und mit eine perfekte Dichtigkeit gegen Wasserspritzer (IPX5 Schutz). So
können Hotdoor® Strahler in Außenräumen verwendet werden.
Elektrische Drähte haben eine doppelte Silikon- und temperaturbeständige Schutzhülle.
Die Strahler wird mit speziellen elektrischen Anschlüsse geliefert, die Wasserundurchlässigkeit auch für
Außenräumeanlagen gewährleisten.
La lampe à infrarouge HOTDOOR®
Contrairement à la plupart des lampes infrarouges sur le marché, la lampe Hotdoor® n'est pas réalisée par
simple pliage d'une tôle. Nos designers ont travaillé sur les formes et sur l'impact esthétique du produit.
Le résultat est une lampe en aluminium moulé sous pression avec des moules spéciales.
Le surface réfléchissante interne a également demandé un moule spéciale, de sorte que la forme définitive
joint efficacité énergétique maximale et design innovant.
Pour les formes de Hotdoor® et de ses composants a été déposée un brevet de design.
Les support Hotdoor® pour l’installation à mur ou à plafond et la tige sont en aluminium ou en autres matériaux
traités pour résister à la corrosion et aux intempéries.
L'ampoule utilise la technologie infrarouge Philips-Dr. Fischer HeLeN. L'ampoule HeLeN est de très haute qualité
et garantit une très longue durée de la lampe, pas de décoloration et une parfaite résistance aux jets d'eau
(protection IPX5) de sorte la lampe peut être utilisée aussi à l'extérieur.
Les câbles électriques sont protégés avec une gaine double de silicone, résistant aux hautes températures.
Les connexions appropriées (employables aussi à l'extérieur) sont déjà inclus dans le package et assurent une
protection à l’eau IPX5.
