SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA
(PAYMENT OF FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS,
1995
S.O. 939 (E)— In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Aot,
1992, (15 of 1992), the Securities £r.d Exchange Board
of India hereby makes the following regulations, namely :—•
1. These regulations may be called the SEBI Securlttet
(Payment of Fees) Amendment Regulations, 1995.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication
in the Official Gazatte.
3. The regulations sepcifled in column (l)of the table below
shall be amended to the extent provided in the corresponding
entry in column (2) of the said table.
