UGVCL welcomes Shri Hareet Shukla, IAS as Managing Director
Pursuant to Notifications issued by the Government of Gujarat, Shri Hareet K. Shukla, IAS, has
been appointed as Managing Director of the Company vice Shri N. Srivastava, IFS, by the Board
of Directors with effect from 02-Mar-2015. Shri Shukla, IAS has also been appointed as Key
Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013.

Director during the Meeting of Board held on 02-Mar-2015 at Ahmedabad.
