Folino, Attorney, Plunkett & Cooney, did not feel that Keim's comments and rationale for the sanction were reasonable and she expressed concerns about the disciplinary process. She stated she has represented healthcare workers before and has never set in front of a body taking such actions. ANNOUNCEMENTS The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held April 13, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the Ottawa Building, 611 West Ottawa Street, Upper Level Conference Center, Conference Room 3, Lansing, Michigan. ADJOURNMENT MOTION by Fakih, seconded by Wyett to adjourn the meeting. MOTION PREVAILED Pignataro adjourned the meeting at 9:57 a.m. RECONVENE *Due to a procedural issue the chair reconvened the meeting at 10:25 a.m. Nadir Gala!
