October 2014 is Family and School Partnership in Education Month!
Mark your calendars and be thinking how your school, district, and/or community might celebrate Family and School
Partnership in Education Month during October and throughout the year. The 2014 Proclamation (attached to this email)
is available online, in English and in Spanish, at http://www.cde.state.co.us/sacpie. There will be an October Kickoff
event at the Colorado Department of Education (201 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80203) on October 1, 2014, from 11:30
a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for all stakeholders. To check out some ideas and resources, see the archived information from the
2013 October celebration on SACPIE’s website at http://www.cde.state.co.us/sacpie/mtgs_news_trgs_announcements.
