PARCC Update: State Board of Education Joyce Zurkowski Colorado Department of Education - Assessment Unit April 2013 English Language Arts and Mathematics Assessments State Statute Requires Colorado to participate as a Governing Board member in a consortium of states that focuses on the readiness of students for college and careers [22-7-1006 (1.5), C.R.S.].
