Achievement Percentile Rank Report: TCAP to CMAS PARCC Comparison State Totals
Achievement Percentile Rank Report: TCAP to CMAS PARCC Comparison State Totals This report is intended to support the interpretation of school and district level results on the CMAS‐PARCC assessments. Because percentile ranks provide a normative basis for comparison, this report may be used to compare changes in a school or district's relative performance across the transition from TCAP to CMAS‐PARCC. The percentile ranks included in this report show how the mean scale scores for an individual school or district compare to the means of all other schools in the state at a particular level: elementary, middle, high, and by grade level. Rankings for disaggregated groups reflect their standing relative to all students. For additional guidance on this report, please refer to the CMAS PARCC Performance Levels documents posted under the Achievement Percentile Rank Report header on the Accountability in Transition webpage: LEVEL 1 LEVEL 2 LEVEL 3 LEVEL 4/5 http://www.cde.state.co.us/accountability/impact-of-assessment-transition-on-school-and-district-accountability TCAP Reading ‐ PARCC English Language Arts 2013 TCAP 2014 TCAP Percent Mean Scale Participation Score Percentile Percent Mean Scale Rank Participation Score 2015 CMAS PARCC Percentile Percent Mean Scale Rank Participation Score Percentile Rank Elementary School Level All Students Minority Students Free/Reduced Lunch Eligible Students with Disabilities English Learners 99.6% 99.5% 99.5% 98.7% 99.4% 589.0 566.3 560.5 502.5 549.5 48 23 19 1 11 99.5% 99.5% 99.5% 98.6% 99.5% 587.9 564.8 558.5 496.5 548.8 46 23 18 1 12 94.8% 96.4% 96.3% 92.4% 97.9% 740.1 729.2 725.0 702.7 722.4 52 26 19 1 15 99.1% 98.8% 98.8% 98.0% 98.9% 640.2 619.3 613.2 559.5 603.7 45 18 14 1 9 99.3% 99.3% 99.2% 98.1% 99.5% 639.4 618.2 611.8 556.8 602.8 45 20 15 1 8 88.5% 92.4% 91.6% 87.9% 96.1% 739.3 729.0 724.6 699.7 722.8 50 26 17 1 14 98.1% 98.1% 97.8% 96.4% 98.6% 672.2 654.8 649.0 604.5 641.1 43 17 11 1 4 98.1% 98.1% 98.0% 96.4% 98.6% 670.4 653.6 648.2 607.6 641.1 42 14 10 1 5 66.5% 73.9% 74.4% 68.5% 82.2% 736.3 725.7 722.2 698.0 719.6 42 17 13 1 11 03 99.5% 557.8 04 99.7% 587.6 05 99.6% 611.5 06 98.7% 629.6 07 99.4% 640.3 08 99.3% 650.9 09 98.6% 659.1 10 97.7% 685.6 * Data is supressed in cases where fewer than 16 scores are available. 44 44 48 45 46 47 45 41 99.5% 99.6% 99.6% 99.4% 99.4% 99.2% 98.4% 97.7% Middle School Level All Students Minority Students Free/Reduced Lunch Eligible Students with Disabilities English Learners High School Level All Students Minority Students Free/Reduced Lunch Eligible Students with Disabilities English Learners By Grade Level 555.1 45 95.1% 736.6 49 587.3 45 95.0% 741.8 50 611.8 47 94.7% 740.8 51 626.5 44 92.5% 739.8 47 641.3 46 88.8% 739.9 48 650.2 42 85.1% 739.6 49 658.2 45 70.7% 737.4 45 682.9 38 61.9% 735.1 43 Questions or feedback, please contact: [email protected] State Totals: Page 1 of 3 Achievement Percentile Rank Report: TCAP to CMAS PARCC Comparison State Totals This report is intended to support the interpretation of school and district level results on the CMAS‐PARCC assessments.
