What?
 A career pathway is a series of connected education and training
programs, work experiences, and student support services that enable
individuals to secure a job or advance in a demand industry occupation.
How?
 Career pathways must emerge out of two ongoing conversations: one
with employers in the target industry, and one with the education and
training institutions ultimately responsible for their development and
implementation.
 Colorado’s Sector Partnerships are the vehicle for integrating these two
conversations.
 Aligning Career Pathways State Level Focus Groups
 Pathways Model, Data, Communication
