A career pathway is a series of connected education and training programs, work experiences, and student support services that enable individuals to secure a job or advance in a demand industry occupation. How? Career pathways must emerge out of two ongoing conversations: one with employers in the target industry, and one with the education and training institutions ultimately responsible for their development and implementation. Colorado’s Sector Partnerships are the vehicle for integrating these two conversations.
