Water is mostly taken from the Seine and then processed in
three plants: Vigneux sur Seine, the most innovative, Morsang
sur Seine, and Viry Châtillon.
The Vigneux treatment plant is thus the link in a chain entirely
dedicated to quality. Between 1993 and 1997, the facility
acquired a high-performance ozoning unit and an innovative
water refining process, the Ultrafiltration by membranes
combined with Cristal® process (injection of powdered activated
carbon).
