To the Hearing Officers: The “Hearing Officers’ Partial Ruling” that was issued on December 21, 2015, in this proceeding stated: “The Hearing
Officers will rule separately on Fahey’s Motion to Compel Document Disclosures and the Prosecution Team’s Motions for
Protective Order or, Alternatively, Motions to quash as they relate to document production.” To date, this office is not
aware that any such separate ruling from the Hearing Officers relating to document production was ever issued. Nor
