Emergency Regulation
The emergency regulation:
(1) provides the State Water
Resources Control Board with the
authority to request information on
source(s) and use(s) of water from
all landowners and water
providers in the four tributary
watersheds; and (2) requires
enhanced water conservation
measures for water sourced from
the four watersheds. Initially the
enhanced water conservation
measures apply only to those users
of water in the upper watersheds,
which provide the most critical
habitat for summer rearing.
