Invited water w systems intending to t apply for Proposition 84, Section 75022, fund ding must sta ate their intent on the NO OI form and return it to CDPH by M May 31, 2011 1. Failure to o return the N NOI by the sp pecified dead dline will res sult in the pro oject being b bypassed. Invitation ns to apply fo or funding do o not constittute a comm mitment of fun nds. Invitations are sent to solicit full applications for projectts that may be b eligible fo or funding.
