The PRIDE Students can get their Examination Application form from the Study
Centres (or) can download it from the Periyar University Website
www.periyaruniversity.ac.in. Students are instructed to fill the Application form
carefully.

Application forms are to be submitted to The Controller of Examinations, Periyar
University, Salem-636 011 through the respective study centres on or before the
last date and time specified along with the Examination Fee by means of DD
drawn in favour of The Registrar, Periyar University, payable at Salem. The DD
should be taken in any one of the Nationalized Banks. Students should write
their Name, Enrolment Number and Register Number on the reverse of the
Demand Draft. They should keep the photocopies of the filled in Application and
Demand Draft for evidence of payment.
Late Application should be submitted within 10 days from the last date with a
penalty of Rs.200/Fee once paid will not be refunded nor allowed to be carried over to a subsequent
examination.
Students should write their names as previously registered in the University
Admission Records. If there is any change in the name, Students should submit
the Gazette Notification through the Admission Section.
Register Number once assigned to the Student will continue till he/she completes
the programme.
Examination Schedule, Time Table and Hall Tickets can be downloaded from the
University Website www.periyaruniversity.ac.in
Students should verify the Question Paper before writing their exams.

Results for the following category of the Student will be withheld.
1. Malpractice
2. Wrong entry of Register Number/Subject Code
3. Any special mark inside the Answer Script.
Website
For Revaluation, Re-totaling, Transparency, any corrections in Name, Date of
Birth, Students should apply to The Controller of Examinations, Periyar
University, Salem-11, within 10 days from the date of the publications of
results.
M.Phil Students (2006-2007 onwards) are not eligible to apply for Re-totaling,
Revaluation and Transparency.
