AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES AND JOINT REQUEST TO STAY HEARING
DEADLINES PENDING SETTLEMENT APPROVAL
Dear Mr. Buckman:
The State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights prosecution team and
Younan A. Dawood and Sandra C. Dawood (collectively the Dawoods) have reached a
settlement in Enforcement Action ENF00127 – an Administrative Civil Liability Complaint and a
draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) issued to the Dawoods. The parties have memorialized
the terms of the settlement agreement and are in the process of presenting it to the Executive
Director for his consideration.
At this time, the parties are making a joint request that any and all remaining hearing
deadlines be stayed pending consideration and hopefully adoption of the settlement
agreement by the Executive Director.
