“original authorized budget” means a document
setting out the allocation of resources against
which cost performance will be measured and
assessed.
“accuracy range” means an expression of a cost
estimate’s predicted closeness to final actual
costs or time, which is typically expressed as
high/low percentages by which actual results will
be over and under the cost estimate.
