Admission to the program requires: • General undergraduate admission to UTB • Associate degree or diploma in nursing (Nursing Validation Base) • Completion of UTB General Education Core courses • Current U.S. or U.S. territory Registered Nurse license • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) license • Proof of required immunizations • Background security clearance Completing the B.S.N. requires: • Maintain “current” all licenses, certifications and immunizations • Grade of C or better in the following courses: − 4305: Perspectives in Professional Nursing Practice − 4407: Foundations of Holistic Nursing − 4309: Research and Evidence Based Nursing Practice − 4611: Health Promotion in Professional Nursing − 4313: Transcultural Nursing − 4615: Professional Nursing in the Community − 4217: Issues in Professional Nursing − 4519: Leadership in Professional Nursing Total credit hours for the B.S.N.: About the B.S.N.
