(MSTTPA) Grant, The University of Texas at Brownsville.

UTB initiated The Mathematics, Science, and Technology Teacher
Preparation Academy (MSTTPA) program in the summer of 2009. MSTTPA
program offers professional development services and activities to P-12
mathematics and science teachers. The general focus of the program is to
increase the performances and the competencies of science teachers in K12 science classrooms and ultimately, to make a lasting improvement in
science education.
