DIMO Corporation: DIMO Corp., established in New Castle, Delaware in 1994, is a global leader in the provision of Air,
Land, and Naval operating units. We specialize in procuring aviation products and services at a moment’s notice, 24 hours a day. As
a step towards our goal to become the most versatile member of the aircraft parts supply industry, we are relocating to a new state of
the art facility. This facility is expected to be completed in September 2013 and will allow us to grow and develop our team and
services to further exceed our customers’ expectations. Our extensive inventory and numerous contacts in the aerospace industry
allow us to provide our customers with complete 24-hour spares coverage for both military and commercial aircraft. The team
sources hard to obtain items and ensure competitive pricing as well as prompt delivery. DIMO Corp. represents a multitude of
original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that enable us to provide service throughout the spares supply chain. We are able to
efficiently and accurately provide support to a plethora of military and commercial fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft spares; which
includes repairs, overhauls, and other aftermarket services for systems and sub-system components. DIMO Corp.’s most valuable
asset is not its ability to acquire parts quickly or it’s around the clock service; instead, doing business with DIMO Corp. means doing
business with an experienced and highly specialized team of engineers and sales experts. In this new age of globalization consisting
of interconnected nations and multi-national corporations, it may become difficult for many local organizations to acquire what they
need, when they need it. Even large and established OEMs may find obstacles in the way to entering a new market and need
assistance in creating new connections abroad. DIMO Corp.’s team is able to easily navigate the necessary requirements of
governments as well as the murky nature of cultural differences and assist in the total product experience of our customers.
Esterline Power Systems: Esterline Power Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Esterline Technologies Corporation.
