John Cruze
John Cruze John Cruze has served as a trial attorney in both public and private sectors for more than twentyfive years. More recently he has served as a private mediator and contract mediator for local courts. Currently he serves as Supervising Mediator for the Hamilton County Common Pleas ADR offices. His teaching and training experience includes service at the United States Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute, United States EPA Trial Advocacy Institute (1983- present), University of Cincinnati College of Law (1989 – present), Salmon P. Chase College of Law (2012 – present) as well as teaching various law related courses at local universities. Throughout his career, he has provided seminar training in trial advocacy and ADR for the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations and other professional associations. In 2009 he was asked to join the Advisory Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center at Northern Kentucky University. The center provides ADR services and training. John is a graduate of Miami University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has also completed training at Northwestern and Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation and
