SENIOR ISSUE 2016 Dear Senior Class of 2016,
SENIOR ISSUE 2016 Dear Senior Class of 2016, There comes a point in every person’s life when they have to say goodbye to something that they hold near and dear. So is the case for the class of 2016 as we prepare to graduate from Quince Orchard. There were moments when we sat in the chilly winter evening together as one and cheered on our communal sports teams. There were times when we sought each other out to gripe about the homework for a particular class. There were moments when the senioritis just couldn’t be put off any longer, and we had to succumb to it. Throughout the years, we learned from the classes above us. This year, we rose to the top and became the class that set the standard for the future. We became the senior class and used our time to set an example for other classes about what it means to be at the pinnacle of your high school career. Responsibility is not a trait that comes easy to many people, but we have achieved it. We have been through thick and thin within these hallowed walls, but now it is time for us to pass on the legacy of being the best class in the school. We came, we saw, we conquered, and we will continue to do so on our own individual paths in the future. Quince Orchard has taught us to never forget where we came from, and that when we undertake any task in the future, we must always remember to Go B16 or Go Home! Sincerely, Senior Prowler Staffers (from left to right) BACK ROW: Shayne Carver (Brigham Young University -- Idaho), Matt Lowinger (Towson University), Patrick Paolini (St. Mary’s College of Maryland), Andy Goldstein (University of Wisconsin) MIDDLE ROW: Sam Kirsch (College of Charleston), Bella Roberts (Brown University), FRONT ROW: Lakshmi Shyamakrishnan (University of Maryland, College Park), Paige Mirkin (Indiana University) SENIOR SECTION S2 May 6, 2016 theProwler LATE PASS Name: Quince Orchard Senior Excuse: Advice for Underclassmen “It’s alright if you’re trash.
