Resumen
Se desarrollan planes de transición funcionales
evaluando las prioridades, los recursos y las
dependencias con el fin de crear un plan de
desinversión maestro. Esto también incluye las
consecuencias financieras de la entidad en que se
desinvierte.
El "Masterplan" es una visión integral de las
actividades, los resultados financieros previstos y
el calendario para entregar la entidad como parte
del proceso de venta. El plan se presenta
típicamente en conjunto con las versiones de todos
los documentos clave.
