Principal’s Post March 7, 2016 From the Principal’s Desk March is Nutrition Month! Dear North Chevy Chase Families, Thank you to all parents for your contributions and time to make the Valentine’s Day festivities enjoyable for every student. Many parents and visitors commented on the “family atmosphere” in the building. This is unequivocally the most important ingredient that takes a school and community from good to great. which is only three weeks away. Make sure you mark your calendars. Hispanic Hotline The Hispanic Hotline was created several years ago to minimize the language barriers between MCPS staff and monolingual Spanishspeaking parents of the community in everyday simple situations related to school issues affecting the children of these families. The Hispanic Hotline can assist parents in contacting school staff, provide information about various school procedures, participate in threeway calls to translate notes, letters, etc. The hotline is attended by a bilingual staff from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. The telephone is 3012303073. Schools, staff, and parents are encouraged to use this service. Save Box Tops
